Enzo vs WAVV — The Honest Comparison
Enzo Dialer vs WAVV Dialer: Which Power Dialer Fits Your Team?
WAVV Dialer is an embedded power dialer that runs inside partner CRMs and tops out at 3 dialing lines per seat on its $149/month Multi Line plan. Enzo Dialer is a standalone platform that runs 5 lines per agent on Starter and up to 14 on Standard from $99/seat/month billed annually, with lines pooled across agents and all minutes included. Here’s the full comparison, with WAVV’s pricing pulled from its live checkout on July 30, 2026.
What is WAVV — and is it a CRM?
WAVV is not a CRM, and it doesn’t include one. It’s an embedded multi-line power dialer that lives inside the CRM you already use: WAVV’s homepage pitch is that “your entire team works directly from your CRM.” The dialer ships as JavaScript libraries embedded in partner platforms — a model dating back to its earlier identity as Storm™, before the September 2020 rebrand. Third-party databases (LeadIQ, CB Insights) place WAVV Communications in Orem, Utah, founded 2018 — not to be confused with WAVV 101.1 FM, the Naples, Florida radio station.
Buying is self-serve: purchase at wavv.com through Stripe checkout with a 7-day free trial, then use the dialer inside a partner CRM — which makes the partner list the first question to ask. As of July 2026 the CRMs shown on wavv.com are HighLevel, REDX, MoxiWorks, LionDesk, Wise Agent, and Property Radar. HubSpot is waitlist-only — even though WAVV’s G2 listing calls it “the power dialer that runs inside HubSpot.” Follow Up Boss isn’t on the list at all, and WAVV’s own footer notes it “is an independent platform and is not affiliated with HighLevel.”
One naming knot: WAVV was formerly called Storm, and REDX’s dialer is called Storm Dialer. The relationship is public — REDX is a WAVV partner, REDX’s own site notes its Power Dialer is white-labeled WAVV technology, and its president, Curtis Fenn, gives a testimonial on WAVV’s partner-program page.

WAVV dialer pricing, pulled July 30, 2026
WAVV’s /plans page renders prices through a live Stripe table — the static page contains no dollar figures, which is why stale numbers circulate. Third-party guides still describe “Team Basic/Pro/Elite” tiers, 5-seat minimums, and a 15% annual discount; none of it matches the current checkout. The live lineup as of July 30, 2026:
| WAVV plan | Monthly | Annual (per-mo equivalent) | Lines | What’s included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Preview Line | $59/seat | $495.60/yr ($41.30/mo) | 1 | Excludes power dialer, unlimited minutes, and call recordings · avg 25-75 calls/hr |
| Single Line | $99/seat | $831.60/yr ($69.30/mo) | 1 | Power dialer, unlimited minutes, recordings · avg 75-150 calls/hr |
| Multi Line | $149/seat | $1,251.60/yr ($104.30/mo) | Up to 3 | Power dialer, unlimited minutes, recordings · avg 150+ calls/hr |
Three details matter. The annual discount is 30% off monthly — the widely cited 15% is the quarterly discount. Seat-volume discounts stack on every plan: 5% at 5-9 seats, 10% at 10-19, 15% at 20+, no seat minimum. And the one that catches buyers: the $59 Preview Line excludes the power dialer itself, unlimited minutes, and call recordings — so power dialing on WAVV effectively starts at $99/seat/month, and multi-line at $149.
On minutes: Single Line and Multi Line list unlimited minutes on month-to-month contracts. CloudTalk’s guide (updated July 2026) reports the unlimited applies to computer audio only, with a 7,500-minute monthly cap per user on phone dial-in calls and coverage limited to the US, Canada, and Mexico — none of which appears on wavv.com, so treat those as estimates to confirm with WAVV directly.
Enzo’s numbers are all on the published pricing page: $99/seat/month billed annually ($120 monthly), Standard $188/month annual ($235 monthly), Enterprise usage-based ($5k/month minimum), no seat minimum, all inbound and outbound minutes included — no metered talk time — and the $250 buildout waived on annual. The dialer pricing comparison puts both vendors alongside the rest of the field.
Multi-line dialing: 3 lines max vs 5-14 pooled
WAVV’s power dialer is genuine on Single Line and Multi Line — but 3 lines per seat is the ceiling; the Multi Line plan advertises “Up To 3 dialing lines per seat,” and WAVV’s own power-dialer page confirms “three lines at once.” WAVV quotes 75-150 calls per hour on one line and 150+ on three.
Enzo’s Starter seat runs 5 simultaneous lines — more than WAVV’s top plan — at $99/seat/month annual, roughly WAVV’s single-line sticker. Standard runs up to 14 lines per agent, and lines pool across agents: two agents on 14 lines each dial as one 28-line session. Enterprise removes the cap entirely; high-volume teams run 30+ lines per agent. If multi-line throughput is why you’re shopping, the math is direct: 3 WAVV lines cost $149/month ($104.30 annual); 5 Enzo lines cost $99.
Caller ID health: managed pool vs registration service
WAVV’s spam-protection approach is real: it registers your numbers with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, monitors them continuously, and auto-remediates flags; registration “may take up to two weeks” for some carriers. What it doesn’t publish is any caller-ID count — nowhere on wavv.com will you find how many numbers a seat gets. And while G2 reviewers praise WAVV’s ease of use, the recurring complaint theme in those same reviews is numbers getting flagged as spam.
Enzo publishes the numbers: 35 managed caller IDs per seat on Starter, 100 per seat on Standard and above, with caller ID rotation, local and regional presence, and reputation monitoring that catches spam flags before they quietly erode your connect rates.
CRM fit: embedded convenience vs two-way sync
If your team lives in one of WAVV’s partner CRMs, the embedded model is a legitimate draw — the dialer appears inside the CRM, no lead import/export required. But it cuts both ways: if your CRM isn’t a partner, there’s no product for you. Follow Up Boss teams are the clearest example — FUB is absent from WAVV’s list entirely, and HubSpot is still waitlist-only.
Enzo takes the opposite approach: a standalone platform with native two-way Follow Up Boss sync, plus GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, and roughly 6,000 other tools via Zapier and webhooks. Managers get whisper, barge-in, recording, and dashboards for team oversight.
Where WAVV is genuinely ahead
- Self-serve trial. A 7-day free trial on any plan — test WAVV without talking to anyone. Enzo’s evaluation path is a free 20-minute discovery call.
- Cheaper single-line seat on annual. Single Line drops to a $69.30/month equivalent on annual billing — well under Enzo’s $99 if one line is all you need.
- Embedded workflow. For teams already in a partner CRM, dialing without leaving the CRM screen is a real convenience Enzo doesn’t replicate.
- Stacking discounts. 30% off annual, 15% quarterly, and 5-15% seat-volume discounts in the checkout.
- Ease of use. G2 reviewers consistently praise how easy WAVV is to run.
Where Enzo wins
- Line ceiling: 14 vs 3. Enzo Standard runs up to 14 lines per agent, pooled across the team; Enterprise has no cap. WAVV stops at 3.
- Multi-line cost. 5 lines for $99/seat/month on Enzo Starter vs 3 lines for $149 ($104.30 annual) on WAVV Multi Line.
- No stripped-down entry tier. Every Enzo seat includes the dialer, all minutes, and recordings. WAVV’s $59 Preview Line excludes all three.
- Published caller-ID counts. 35-100 managed IDs per seat with rotation and monitoring, vs no published count from WAVV.
- Follow Up Boss. Native two-way sync — WAVV doesn’t list FUB at all.
- Team management. Whisper, barge-in, recording, and dashboards for supervisors.
If the 3-line ceiling, the FUB gap, or the unpublished caller-ID pool is your sticking point, book a free 20-minute discovery call — and if Enzo isn’t the right fit, we’ll tell you.
