Are minutes included?+
On Starter and Standard: yes — all inbound and outbound minutes are included, no metering, no surprise usage bills. Enterprise works differently: no per-seat fees, unlimited seats and lines, and you pay only for usage at high-volume rates. For large teams, this model typically works out better than per-seat pricing.
What's the Smart Dialer?+
It automatically adjusts how many lines you dial based on your live connect rate, maximizing conversations while keeping dropped calls low. Predictive dialing without needing a PhD to run it.
How do shared dialing sessions work?+
Lines are per agent and can be pooled: two agents at 14 lines dial as a 28-line session, distributing calls to boost connect rates and cut wait time.
What are silent transfers?+
Your setter can hand a live prospect to a closer with no ringing and no awkward hold. Great for setter/closer teams.
Does Enzo replace my CRM?+
No. Enzo is your dialer. Make your calls here and push outcomes to your CRM, including a native Follow Up Boss integration.
