Enzo vs REDX — The Honest Comparison

REDX pricing is a leads bill first — the dialer is the line item to check

REDX pricing starts at $60 a month per lead type — Expired, FSBO, GeoLeads, FRBO, or Pre-Foreclosure — and the Power Dialer is a separate add-on at $99/mo for one line or $149/mo for three. Enzo sits on the other side of that split: it sells no leads or data at all, only the dialing — from $99 per seat per month billed annually, with 5–14 lines per agent, 35–100 managed caller IDs, and all minutes included. Plenty of agents run both: REDX supplies the lists, Enzo dials them.

  • REDX is a lead company first — the dialer costs $99–$149/mo extra, or comes bundled only in the $299/mo CONNECT and $349/mo PRO plans
  • 1 or 3 lines vs 5–14 — the REDX Power Dialer tops out at 3 simultaneous lines; Enzo runs 5 per agent on Starter and 14 on Standard, pooled across the team
  • Enzo sells no leads or data — it’s the calling engine for lists you already own, REDX exports included

What REDX pricing actually buys

Each of REDX’s five lead types — Expired, FSBO, GeoLeads, FRBO, and Pre-Foreclosure — runs $60/mo or $600/yr with skip tracing and homeowner insights, and the Vortex CRM comes free with any subscription. The dialer is not in that price. The Power Dialer add-on is $99/mo for a single line or $149/mo for three-line dialing, with no per-minute charges, local presence (area-code matching), dedicated whitelisted numbers, call recording, DNC flagging, and spam monitoring. REDX states the Power Dialer is a resold WAVV dialer rather than in-house technology.

The bundles change the math but not the structure. CORE at $199/mo packages all five lead types with Vortex and mailers — still no dialer. CONNECT at $299/mo adds the single-line dialer, and PRO at $349/mo adds the multi-line version, marketed as “call up to 300 leads/hr.” Additional users run $75/mo on CORE and CONNECT and $99/mo on PRO. So an agent who wants Expireds, FSBOs, and three-line dialing à la carte lands at $269/mo ($60 + $60 + $149). Whether the standalone dialer can be billed annually isn’t published — ask REDX. All figures are from REDX’s public pricing pages as of July 2026.

Leads and dialing are two different jobs

REDX’s product is data: expired listings and FSBOs with skip-traced phone numbers, delivered daily into Vortex. Enzo’s product is throughput: getting agents into more live conversations per hour on the lists they already have. Enzo sells no leads and no data — so “Enzo vs REDX” is really a question about the dialer add-on, not the whole subscription. If you’re weighing the entire lead-plus-dialer stack against other prospecting platforms, Enzo vs Vulcan7 covers the closest head-to-head, and Best Dialer for Real Estate maps the wider field.

Where the Power Dialer runs out of road

Three lines is the ceiling

The multi-line Power Dialer runs 3 simultaneous lines. Enzo Starter runs 5 lines per agent and Standard runs 14, pooled across agents — two Standard seats dial as a combined 28-line session. Enterprise has no line cap; high-volume teams run 30+ lines as needed. For a team working large GeoLeads or Pre-Foreclosure lists, lines per agent-hour is the number that decides how much of the list actually gets worked.

The caller ID math isn’t published

REDX includes dedicated whitelisted numbers with spam monitoring and remediation — a real feature — but it doesn’t publish how many numbers you get, or who handles rotation and replacement when one degrades. Enzo publishes it: 35 caller IDs per seat on Starter, 100 on Standard and above, provisioned and monitored by Enzo, with numbers rotated or swapped when reputation dips.

Vortex is a closed loop

Vortex is free and purpose-built for REDX leads, but third-party reviews note it doesn’t integrate with outside CRMs, and reviewers also flag the lack of team collaboration features — it’s positioned as a solo-agent tool. Teams running Follow Up Boss end up managing the same lead in two systems. Enzo takes the opposite position: it’s the calling engine, not a CRM replacement, with native two-way Follow Up Boss sync and one-way connections to GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, and thousands of other tools via Zapier and webhooks.

What reviewers report

The review base is thin — G2 rates REDX 4.2/5 across just 14 reviews — but recurring themes show up across G2 and BBB complaints: expired-lead phone numbers that are wrong or disconnected, leads arriving DNC-flagged, and billing friction, with complainants reporting renewals they had to cancel before the cycle and refund requests denied afterward. Those are lead-side complaints more than dialer complaints, but they belong in any honest look at the total REDX cost.

When REDX is the right call

If you prospect Expireds and FSBOs, the data is the hard part — and data is REDX’s actual product. Five lead types at $60/mo each with skip tracing, a free CRM built around them, and one bill from one vendor is a coherent package that Enzo does not compete with and cannot replace. For a solo agent whose call volume fits comfortably inside one to three lines, the CONNECT or PRO bundle is a reasonable all-in-one, and the dialer that comes with it is serviceable. Keep the lead side either way — Enzo has nothing to sell you there.

Running REDX leads through Enzo

The pairing is simple: keep your REDX lead subscription, export your lists as CSV, and let Enzo’s team do the rest during the white-glove buildout — carrier registration, list import, campaign and caller ID group setup, and a live training session with your agents. The $250 buildout fee is waived on annual plans. From there you dial in power, predictive, or preview mode, single- or multi-line, with optional call recording, whisper and barge for managers, inbound routing, internal team chat, and campaign-level internal do-not-call lists managed per campaign. Call outcomes push to Follow Up Boss automatically over the native two-way sync.

The clean way to read REDX pricing is as two separate decisions: what you’ll pay for data, and what you’ll pay to dial it. REDX wins the first on its own terms; the second is where Enzo’s $99/seat, 5–14-line, all-minutes-included offer is built to win — see the full Dialer Pricing Comparison, check Enzo’s published pricing, or book a discovery call and bring your REDX numbers with you.

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does REDX cost per month?

Each REDX lead type — Expired, FSBO, GeoLeads, FRBO, and Pre-Foreclosure — is $60/mo or $600/yr, and the Vortex CRM is free with any subscription. The Power Dialer is separate: $99/mo for a single line or $149/mo for three lines. Bundles run $199/mo (CORE, no dialer), $299/mo (CONNECT, single-line dialer), and $349/mo (PRO, multi-line dialer). Figures are from REDX's published pricing as of July 2026 — confirm current rates with REDX.

Does REDX include a dialer with its lead subscriptions?

No. Individual lead subscriptions and the $199/mo CORE bundle do not include the Power Dialer. You either add it for $99/mo (single line) or $149/mo (three lines), or step up to CONNECT ($299/mo) or PRO ($349/mo), which include it. REDX states the Power Dialer is a resold WAVV dialer rather than in-house technology.

Can I dial my REDX leads with Enzo?

Yes — this is the most common way the two products meet. Keep REDX for Expired, FSBO, or GeoLeads data, export those lists as CSV, and Enzo imports them during the white-glove buildout, mapped to campaigns and caller ID groups. Enzo sells no leads or data, so the two don't overlap on the lead side at all.

Is Enzo a full REDX alternative?

Only for the dialer component. REDX is primarily a lead company, and Enzo sells no leads or data, so it can't replace that side of the subscription. Where the two overlap is dialing: Enzo starts at $99 per seat per month billed annually with 5–14 lines and 35–100 managed caller IDs, versus the Power Dialer's 1 or 3 lines at $99–$149/mo.

Does Enzo have a free trial?

No — Enzo doesn't run free trials. The evaluation path is a free 20-minute discovery call where we look at your list sources (REDX included), your call volume, and your CRM, and tell you plainly whether Enzo fits. Pricing is published: from $99 per seat per month billed annually, $120 month-to-month, with no seat minimum.
