The Real Estate CRM Dialer Matrix — Verified July 2026
Which real estate CRMs have dialers? The honest 2026 matrix
Most of the platforms real estate agents and investors run their businesses on now include some kind of built-in calling — but “has a dialer” hides an enormous range. The short version, from each vendor’s own published pages as of July 2026: Follow Up Boss has built-in single-line calling, BoldTrail (formerly kvCore) advertises a built-in dialer and power dialer, Lofty includes a basic dialer with its Power Dialer sold as an add-on, PropStream recently added Click-to-Dial and Dialer Campaigns, BatchLeads now ships a built-in dialer, and Podio has none at all. Just as telling: not one of them documents multi-line dialing. Here’s the platform-by-platform breakdown, and where a dedicated dialer fits on top.
Six platforms, one honest table
| Platform | Native dialer? | What their pages say | Lines per agent | Pricing signal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss | Yes — built-in calling | Single-line calling with auto-refreshing call lists | No multi-line claims | $39/user/mo add-on on Grow; included on Pro & Platform |
| kvCore → BoldTrail | Yes | “Built-in dialer” plus “daily call lists and a power dialer” | Not stated | Quote-only |
| Lofty | Yes | Basic Dialer included; Power Dialer is a paid add-on on every tier | Not stated | Quote-only |
| PropStream | Yes — recent addition | Click-to-Dial + Dialer Campaigns via PropStream Connect | Not stated | On Pro $199/mo & Elite $699/mo; not Essentials |
| Podio | No | Pricing page routes dialing to partner smrtPhone | — | Plus $14/mo, Premium $24/mo — no calling on any plan |
| BatchLeads | Yes | Built-in dialer with AI guidance; multi-line lives in sister product BatchDialer | BatchDialer: 3–5 by tier | Not published |
| Enzo (a dialer, not a CRM) | It is the dialer | Power, predictive, preview; native two-way Follow Up Boss sync | 5–14, pooled across agents; no cap on Enterprise | From $99/seat/mo annual, published |

Does Follow Up Boss have a dialer?
Yes. Follow Up Boss calling is a built-in, single-line dialer experience: auto-refreshing call lists, automatic call logging, call transfers and routing, per-agent numbers, and spam-label protection registration, per Follow Up Boss’s calling page as of July 2026. On the Grow plan ($69/user/month, $58 annual), calling is a paid add-on at $39/user/month ($33 annual); the Pro plan ($499/month for 10 users) and Platform plan ($1,000/month for 30 users) include calling and texting for all users, per the Follow Up Boss pricing page.
What it isn’t is multi-line. The calling page makes no power-dialer or multi-line claims, and the customer quote Follow Up Boss features — “40 phone calls in 15 minutes” using calling lists — describes a brisk single-line pace, not parallel dialing.
That’s exactly why Follow Up Boss is the one CRM Enzo syncs with natively, two-way. Keep your database, action plans, and follow-up in Follow Up Boss; dial through Enzo at 5 lines per agent on Starter or up to 14 on Standard, pooled across agents, and outcomes flow back to the CRM instead of living in a second system. For why lines per agent is the number that moves cold-calling output, see the multi-line dialer guide.
Does kvCore have a dialer? (kvCore is now BoldTrail)
Yes — but the product searching “kvCore dialer” finds today is called BoldTrail. In mid-2024, Inside Real Estate — the company behind kvCore, BoomTown, and Brokermint — unified its platforms under the BoldTrail brand, and kvcore.com still serves a kvCORE-branded login for existing users, per boldtrail.com as of July 2026. BoldTrail’s Smart CRM page advertises “a built-in dialer” alongside task plans and mass messaging, and describes “daily call lists and a power dialer” for working opportunities.
Two things BoldTrail’s current pages don’t say: how many lines that dialer runs (single vs. multi is unspecified), and what any of it costs — pricing is quote-only, via a sales quiz or phone call. The “Smart Dialer” name you’ll see in older articles was kvCore-era terminology; current BoldTrail pages use “built-in dialer” and “power dialer.”
Does Lofty have a dialer?
Yes. Lofty (formerly Chime) includes a “Basic Dialer” in its main packages and sells its Power Dialer as a paid add-on on every tier, per Lofty’s packages page as of July 2026. The Power Dialer feature page describes list-based sequential dialing — it “automatically dials through a list of contacts one after another — the moment a call ends, the next one starts” — plus AI-generated Smart Call Lists and automated text or voicemail for unanswered calls.
Note what’s missing: Lofty’s current pages state no line count. Third-party articles circulate triple-line claims about Lofty, but that language does not appear on Lofty’s own site today, so treat it as unverified. Pricing is request-only across every package, and the Power Dialer add-on price isn’t published either.
Does PropStream have a dialer?
Yes, as of recently — and if you’ve read that PropStream has no dialer, that information is outdated. PropStream is primarily a data platform — 160M+ property records, 165+ search filters, skip tracing, comps — but it now advertises built-in calling: Click-to-Dial plus Dialer Campaigns “to organize calls, track connections in real time, and assign team members,” bundled under PropStream Connect, per propstream.com as of July 2026. Connect is included on the Pro plan ($199/month, $165 annual) and Elite ($699/month, $583 annual), but not on Essentials ($99/month, $81 annual).
It’s calling built into a data tool, not a dialing platform: PropStream’s pages document no line counts or pacing modes. The workflow most real estate investors run hasn’t changed — build and skip-trace the list in PropStream, then work it at volume in a dedicated dialer.
Does Podio have a dialer?
No. Podio (now sold by Progress) is a no-code workflow platform with no native calling or dialer on any plan — Free, Plus ($14/month, $11.20 annual), or Premium ($24/month, $19.20 annual) — per Podio’s pricing page as of July 2026. Podio’s own pricing page points to partner smrtPhone as “the only phone system and power dialer built for Podio,” with a $100 smrtPhone credit for Premium organizations.
That matters because the “Podio power dialer” stack is a wholesaling-community classic: Podio as the free-form CRM, a third-party phone system bolted on. It can work, but the dialing capability is entirely the partner’s, not Podio’s. Teams that outgrow that stack’s throughput typically move the calling side to a dedicated multi-line dialer and keep moving lists by CSV.
Does BatchLeads have a dialer?
Yes — and there are two dialers in the Batch family, worth keeping straight. BatchLeads’ own homepage now advertises a built-in dialer with real-time AI guidance (“Dialer-AI” — “move from lead list to live call in seconds”), per batchleads.io as of July 2026. Multi-line dialing lives in the separate, linked sister product BatchDialer, which describes itself as “a cloud-based multi-line dialing solution” with predictive and preview modes and 3–5 simultaneous lines depending on subscription tier, per batchdialer.com. Neither product publishes pricing on its homepage; BatchDialer offers a 7-day trial.
So “does BatchLeads have a dialer” is really two questions: the lead platform has a built-in AI-guided dialer, and the serious multi-line engine is a second product with its own subscription.
The pattern — and where a dedicated dialer fits
Line the six up and the pattern is hard to miss. CRM dialers are convenience calling: click into a list, work it one conversation at a time, log everything automatically. For follow-up and warm pipeline, that’s genuinely useful. Cold prospecting math is different — most dials go unanswered, so conversations per hour come from lines per agent and caller ID health, and those are exactly the two things no platform above documents. That split is the whole subject of the CRM dialer guide.
Enzo is built for the other side of the split: a dedicated dialer, not a CRM. Power, predictive, and preview modes; 5 lines per agent on Starter and up to 14 on Standard, pooled across agents, with no line cap on Enterprise; 35–100 caller IDs per seat that Enzo provisions, monitors, and rotates or swaps when reputation dips; all inbound and outbound minutes included. Follow Up Boss syncs natively, two-way — the only native two-way sync Enzo runs — while GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, and roughly 6,000 other tools connect one-way through Zapier and webhooks. Pricing is published at /pricing: from $99 per seat per month billed annually, $120 month-to-month, no seat minimum.
Keep the CRM you have. If the dialing side is the bottleneck, book a free discovery call — 20 minutes, and if Enzo isn’t the right fit for your stack, we’ll tell you.
